We ship the same day you place your order. Daily order cutoff for same day is 1pm CST. After 1pm CST we ship the very next business day.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 Business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email us at customer.service@senecurecorporation.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days if the order is incomplete or not fully paid for. If a partial payment is received and you request a cancellation within the 7 days a full refund of that deposit will be made. At the end of the 7th day we reserve the right to cancel or extend the order on our end and your deposit made becomes non refundable. This strictly applies only to specialty and custom orders.
